Order Process and Acceptance
Every order placed on My Store represents an offer to purchase our products, including items such as Perfumes, Linen Sprays, Diffusers, and Candles. However, placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
- Orders may be declined or canceled if an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
- If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund of the charged amount.
- Order confirmation emails indicate receipt but do not constitute final acceptance; your order is only accepted once it has shipped.
Pricing and Product Availability
Prices displayed on My Store may change without prior notice and do not guarantee availability. Availability is only confirmed following order acceptance.
If an ordered item, such as the 18ml Cologne Spray Set or the 3 pack of 15 ml Fragrance Diffuser Oils, becomes unavailable after your order is placed, our support team will contact you with these options:
- Wait for the item to be restocked,
- Choose a comparable substitute product, or
- Cancel the order for a full refund.
Product Use and Care
Product descriptions include fragrance notes, vessel materials, and estimated burn times where applicable. Since scent perception varies by environment and individual, results may differ from descriptions, particularly with products like candles and diffusers.
Care and usage instructions must be followed to maintain product quality, such as trimming candle wicks and using diffusers properly. Damage resulting from improper use is not eligible for returns or warranty claims.
Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
- If your order, for example, the After Midnight 70 ml Eau de Toilette, is shipped to an incorrect address due to your error, My Store is not liable for failed delivery.
- Reshipping to the correct address may incur additional charges.
Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, and design elements on My Store’s website are the property of My Store or its licensors. Any reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, My Store excludes liability for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products.
My Store’s total liability related to any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
